Continue to Thekkady, known for its spice gardens and the renowned Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Optional boating and elephant rides are available for a closer encounter with nature.

Next, drift through the tranquil backwaters of Alleppey aboard a private houseboat, enjoying traditional Kerala cuisine and village views.

Day 1

Day 1: A Scenic Journey to the Hills of Munnar

As your group lands at Kochi Airport or arrives at the railway station, you're warmly welcomed by our friendly tour representative. The journey then begins towards the misty hills of Munnar, a serene destination famous for its sprawling tea plantations and cool mountain breeze. On the way, the group takes a refreshing pause at the roaring Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, and later admires the lush greenery of Kerala’s famed spice plantations. By evening, you check into your Munnar hotel and unwind amidst nature’s calm.

Day 2

Exploring the Heart of Munnar

The day begins with adventure and nature as the group sets out to explore Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and rolling green hills. Later, you dive into the world of tea with a visit to the Tea Museum and Factory, learning how those perfect cups are brewed. The scenic wonders continue with a visit to Mattupetty Dam, the breezy Echo Point, and the tranquil Kundala Lake. A walk through Blossom Park adds a splash of color to your day. In the evening, those interested can enjoy an optional Kathakali or Kalaripayattu cultural performance before returning to the hotel.

Day 3

Into the Wilderness of Thekkady

After breakfast, you drive through winding roads and forested valleys to Thekkady, home to Kerala’s famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Once checked in, your day unfolds with a guided spice garden tour, offering insight into the flavors of Kerala. Later, enjoy an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you might spot elephants along the shore. An elephant ride and some souvenir shopping at the spice market complete your experience in Thekkady.

Day 4

Floating Through the Backwaters of Alleppey

Today, the group travels to the backwater haven of Alleppey. By noon, you step aboard your private houseboat, a floating home that glides through the serene Vembanad Lake and its narrow canals. As you cruise, Kerala’s rural life unfolds around you—coconut palms, paddy fields, and traditional homes. Freshly cooked traditional Kerala meals are served onboard, and by evening, the sunset over the lake adds a magical touch to your stay.

Day 5

Alleppey to Trivandrum

After breakfast and check-out from the houseboat, the journey continued towards Trivandrum. En route, the group visited the famous Jatayu Earth’s Center, known for the world’s largest bird sculpture and scenic cable car ride. Later, they explored either Varkala Beach with its red cliffs or Kovalam Beach known for its iconic Lighthouse. By evening, everyone arrived in Trivandrum for a relaxed overnight stay

Day 6

A Cultural Glimpse of Trivandrum - Kanyakumari

The day began with a visit to the sacred Shree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, a marvel of South Indian architecture. After darshan, the group departed for Kanyakumari. Upon arrival, sightseeing included the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, and the peaceful Triveni Sangam, where three seas meet. The day ended with a stunning sunset and an overnight stay in Kanyakumari.

Day 7

Farewell to Kerala

An early start allowed the group to witness the breathtaking sunrise at Kanyakumari. After a packed breakfast, guests were dropped at the Kanyakumari railway station or returned to Trivandrum for their onward journey via airport or station, carrying home unforgettable memories of the tour.
