At Fundayoption Hospitality, we are committed to providing you with excellent service and a pleasant journey. Before proceeding with your payment, please carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions as outlined on our website and tour materials.
By making your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Bus/Vehicle
- Fundayoption Hospitality will arrange the vehicle for group tours based on group size.
- Fundayoption Hospitality has fixed the pickup and drop-off points. Fundayoption does not provide any other pickup or drop-off points under any circumstances.
- All seating arrangements will be as per booking and management’s decision. Do not request any changes.
- Fundayoption does not provide seats for children under 5 years old.
- Seats will be provided for children over 5 years old only if the guest has already paid for them.
- Fundayoption reserves front row seats for Premium Seats and the Tour Manager. Guests who want front row seats must pay extra as per company policy.
- The bus or vehicle will only cover the mentioned sightseeing. Do not request additional sightseeing or changes.
- If the AC in the bus fails and the bus cannot provide air cooling, Fundayoption cannot offer any refund.
- Fundayoption uses new and well-maintained buses or vehicles, but if the vehicle encounters problems such as punctures or technical issues, and if the guest misses their flight/train/bus, Fundayoption cannot provide any compensation.
- At all places, temples, or sightseeing spots, the driver will drop the guest as close to the destination as possible. However, private vehicles may not be allowed at some places, requiring guests to walk or take a rickshaw to reach their destination.
- If the bus is not allowed at certain places, guests must walk or arrange their own transportation.
Hotels
- Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times of the respective hotels. For Indian tours, the general check-in time is 12 noon, and the check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Fundayoption Hospitality generally provides Twin/Double Sharing Rooms, which may be AC or Non-AC as per tour inclusions. For some economy tours, Fundayoption provides Triple or Quad sharing rooms, as mentioned in the tour inclusions.
- If a guest is traveling alone without a room-sharing companion, they must pay the Single Room Sharing cost as informed at the time of booking.
- If there are 3 adults, Fundayoption will provide 1 triple sharing room without any concession.
- Fundayoption does not provide extra beds or mattresses for children.
- If there is 1 adult and 1 child, the guest must pay the Single Room Sharing cost or the full cost for both persons.
- Fundayoption strives to provide the best hotel category as per the tour, such as Standard, Deluxe, or Star Category. However, if certain amenities are not available due to unforeseen issues, no refund or concession will be provided.
- Rooms will be provided as per our policy. If a guest is given an upper-category room, do not request upgrades. Fundayoption will only provide the committed room category.
Food
- Fundayoption provides guests with the best quality restaurants according to the tour category, ensuring good food, sanitation facilities, hygiene, and service. However, Fundayoption does not have direct control over the maintenance of these restaurants.
- Fundayoption provides set menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on all tours. If a guest does not like or choose to eat the provided menu, they will need to pay for their own food at their own expense.
- If a guest is observing a spiritual fast, Fundayoption will provide one or two Maharashtra fast set menus.
- All our restaurants have drinking water facilities. If guests prefer not to drink the provided water, they can purchase bottled drinking water at their own cost.
- No refunds or concessions will be provided if a guest misses a meal.
- All set menus are decided by our management only.
- Food will be provided at restaurants, khanawals, or hotels.
- For most tours, Fundayoption provides unlimited breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, for a few tours, breakfast may be limited.
- While most of our tours offer unlimited menu options, some places may have limited dishes, such as special items like taaka or fried fish.
- For spiritual tours, meals will be provided only at pure vegetarian restaurants.
- For non-spiritual tours, meals will be provided at both vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants.
- For non-spiritual tours, pure vegetarian lunch meals will only be provided if included in the package.
- Fundayoption does not provide meals during train, flight, or bus journeys to or from the destination.
Train
- Fundayoption Hospitality is an IRCTC-authorized train ticketing partner.
- Fundayoption cannot control or alter train rules and policies. Guests must follow all train rules as per the respective policies.
- Fundayoption is not responsible for missed trains due to any reason.
- Due to the computerized booking system, guests must travel using the seats assigned to them. Fundayoption cannot guarantee specific seat assignments. If guests do not receive their preferred seat, Fundayoption cannot make changes.
- If no seats are available, Fundayoption will not accept bookings. If guests are willing to take the risk with waiting tickets, Fundayoption can book them. However, if waiting tickets do not get confirmed and guests are unable to travel, they are responsible for their own arrangements.
- If guests book train tickets independently, Fundayoption will deduct the train cost from the total package cost.
- If any train ticket issues cause guests to cancel the tour or be unable to travel, no refunds or adjustments will be provided. Refunds can be obtained as per the cancellation policy.
Flight
- Fundayoption is authorized for flight bookings, which are separate from the tour package.
- Flight policies are determined by airlines, and we cannot alter these.
- We are not liable for missed flights or related issues.
- Airlines are responsible for overbooking, baggage issues, flight delays, and other operational matters.
- Guests are responsible for additional costs related to flight changes or delays.
- High-season surcharges and other additional costs must be covered by guests.
Force Majeure Events
- No refunds will be provided for tours canceled due to force majeure conditions or other unforeseen events.
- Fundayoption reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary or adjust the tour tariff due to force majeure. Additional charges due to these changes must be borne by the guests.
- In cases of unavoidable circumstances other than force majeure, a refund will only be provided for the portion of the tour corresponding to the missed days.
- No refunds will be given for skipped sightseeing due to management decisions.
Joining & Leaving
- If a guest wishes to join or leave the tour midway, they cannot claim a refund for unused services.
- If a guest joins the tour midway or travels independently to the Day 1 starting location and is not present on time, or cannot contact the tour manager for any reason and misses the tour or incurs additional costs, they must bear these costs themselves.
Cancellations
Tour Cancelled by Guest:
- If a guest wishes to cancel the group tour due to personal reasons, they must inform us by phone (WhatsApp message) at 8766562969 or by email at tulshiram@fundayoption.com.
- Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will process the cancellation as per our Cancellation Charges policy.
- The applicable refund, as per the cancellation policy, will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation in INR only.
- After a tour is cancelled, the remaining amount will be refunded to a bank account only; UPI payments are not accepted.
- If two people booked the tour together and one person cancels, the remaining person will have to pay the single occupancy cost.
- No interest will be payable on refunds for any cancelled tour.
- Refunds for cancelled flight bookings follow the policies of the respective operating companies.

Tour Cancelled by Fundayoption
- Fundayoption reserves the right to cancel tours and will refund the amount paid minus taxes.
- Cancellations will be communicated at least 1 calendar day before departure for Maharashtra tours, and 15 calendar days for other tours, unless due to force majeure.
- In force majeure situations, a non-encashable credit note may be issued, or guests may be accommodated on a later date or another tour product.
Fundayoption Rights
- If a guest fails to pay the full tour cost with taxes by 1 day prior or by the given last date for final payment, Fundayoption reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the remaining amount as per the Cancellation Policy.
- If a guest has a medical ailment, Fundayoption reserves the right to cancel the booking/registration of such guests on medical or other grounds without providing reasons.
- Fundayoption also reserves the right to restrict, modify, amend, or discontinue the tour for such guests. Additional costs incurred will be the guest’s responsibility, and no refunds will be provided.
- Fundayoption reserves the right to terminate the booking/registration before departure or during the tour if the guest does not follow group decorum or misbehaves, without providing reasons. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be paid, and the guest must bear their return travel expenses.
- If a guest requires additional services such as medical assistance or a wheelchair, the guest must bear these costs.
General
- The company reserves the right to use photographs or video clips of guests taken on tour or provided by guests for promoting Fundayoption’s business without prior permission. Such materials will be used with due respect for guests’ emotions and sentiments.
- Fundayoption advises guests not to carry valuable items on tour. In case of any loss of personal belongings, Fundayoption is not liable or responsible.
- Shopping is an important activity during the tour. Fundayoption does not recommend or promote any specific shop or vendor. Guests should decide independently where and what to buy. Fundayoption is not responsible for any cheating or misguiding by shop owners.
- External guests are not allowed on the tour and cannot use any of the tour services.
- Some destinations may have paid toilet facilities, which guests must handle independently.
Refund Conditions
- No refund shall be payable for any missed or unused services, including meals, for any reason.
- No refunds when part or full deposits are required in advance to confirm reservations with concerned authorities.
- No refunds if tour services are modified, varied, amended, curtailed, or not utilized due to force majeure.
- No refunds if a guest cancels the tour due to changes in government rules and regulations of the visiting state/country.
- No refunds if the tour is indefinitely postponed or cancelled due to force majeure or unforeseen calamities.
- Refunds are not applicable for international or domestic flight tickets.
Company is Not Liable For
- Additional expenses or losses incurred beyond the total amount paid for the tour.
- Loss of baggage or damage caused by independent contractors, airlines, or other third parties.
- Seat allocation and food service on aircraft.
- Any entertainer not attending the tour due to reasons beyond Fundayoption’s control.
- Personal injury, sickness, accidents, or any damage to baggage or personal effects.
- Death of a guest while on tour, with all legal procedures to be handled by the guest’s relatives at their own cost.
- Any injury, loss, personal harm, or damage caused by the management, employees, or agents of independent contractors.
- Any additional expenses or losses due to changes or cancellations made by Fundayoption after the guest’s registration.
